How to apply for your DiscoveryCard
It is easy to apply for your DiscoveryCard! You can apply via the following methods:

Click here to download an application form, complete it and send it to 011 539 2509 or cardsales@discovery.co.za.
What happens next?
- We capture your personal information.
- We score your application. We will do this by collating your personal information and contacting a registered credit bureau to get a real-time ‘score’ of your credit history and record of installments on other credit agreements.
- If we approve your application, we will send you a quote and ask you to email a signed copy of the first page of your quote, along with appropriate documents, to cardsales@discovery.co.za or fax to 011 539 2509. Please remember, you have 17 days to send the signed quote and supporting documents before the application expires.
- We will open your DiscoveryCard account.
- Your DiscoveryCard and welcome pack will be delivered to your doorstep FREE. Our courier will call you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Upon delivery of your card you need to present both originals and copies of your:
- green barcoded identity document or valid passport
- proof of residential address
