Making changes
Changes will generally fall into two groups, member level changes or scheme level changes. The process is slightly different in each instance.
Making changes at the scheme level
After taking out the Discovery Group Risk LIFE PLAN, your company may need to make changes to the benefits and cover. Examples of changes include adding a member group or a benefit. Please contact your financial adviser who will inform the relevant servicing consultant of the changes.
Making changes at the member level
These changes are related to the administration of the Discovery Group Risk LIFE PLAN. Examples of changes include membership exit information and adding of new employees.
The employer is to make all changes on the most recent membership data. Please email the updated data to groupinfo@discovery.co.za or to the relevant servicing consultant or scheme administrator.
