Applications and all required documents for new investments must reach us by 10:00 on a business day if they are to be processed that day.

Applications are emailed or faxed

emailed to us on invest_new_business_support@discovery.co.za

We send a certificate or schedule to you within 48 hours

We send a membership or investment certificate or a policy schedule to the investor or their financial adviser within 48 hours of the investment being activated.

There may be a delay if the investment manager cannot invest the funds

Discovery Invest can only invest your money when we can transact with the investment manager of the underlying investment choice. If the manager cannot transact or accept any further investments, there may be a delay in investing the investment amount.
