Vitality Schools Programme
Discovery Vitality encourages schools in South Africa to promote physical activity and good nutrition to their learners through the Vitality Schools Programme. Its aim is to empower learners to make healthy choices and encourage schools to become healthier environments.
More on the Vitality Schools Programme
The Vitality Schools Programme aims to improve the health of South Africa's children by encouraging teachers and children to address lifestyle risk factors, such as a sedentary lifestyle, low levels of physical activity and poor nutrition. The Programme consists of lesson plans, information guides, coaching manuals and other material that offer practical guidance on how to introduce positive changes to your school.
The Vitality Schools Programme website is designed to make it easier for you to access the information you need to make your school healthier. All material found on this website can be downloaded at no cost.
