Human Resource Strengthening

The Fund wishes to intensify its focus within the programmatic approach, this process will take around two years. The Fund is currently working on the first programme – Human Resource Strengthening. The process for example will include:

  • Research on human resource needs (both quality and quantity)in healthcare, best practice, identify gaps (Sept – Nov 2014)
  • Present findings and make recommendations on gaps identified to Trustees (Nov 2014)
  • Working on the recommendations and proactively developing the programme (May 2015)
