2018-06-15 : Vitality Points Monitor
We are aware that some members are unable to view their Vitality Points Monitor on the Discovery website. We are working on this issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

2018-06-13 : Endurance and High Performance
We are aware that some members who are on the Endurance and High Performance program are experiencing a delay with their points reflecting on the Vitality Points Monitor. We are working on this and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

2018-06-12 : Device points delay
We are aware that points are taking longer than normal to reflect on your Vitality Points Monitor and Vitality Active Rewards. This delay is due to a technical issue and impacts all device workouts. We are working on this and your points will reflect as soon as the matter has been resolved.

2018-06-12 : Kulula bookings
We are aware that members are experiencing technical difficulties when trying to make Kulula bookings via the Discovery app. We are working on this and as an interim measure we suggest that members make use of to make their bookings. Please remember to login with your Vitality membership number to qualify for your Vitality discount.

2018-06-08 : Having issues redeeming your Takealot reward?
Welcome to your new Vitality Baby rewards! We are aware that there is a problem redeeming the Takealot codes. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

2018-05-28 : Weight Loss Rewards
Due to a technical issue some members that have completed the Weight Loss Rewards program have not yet received their third and final HealthyFood cash back boost. Your cash back will be paid once the issue has been resolved.

2018-05-24 : Jawbone devices
We are aware that members are experiencing intermittent technical issues when trying to access their Jawbone accounts. Jawbone is working on the resolving the issue.

2018-05-21 : Shoe Booster
Members using an iOS device will be unable to activate the Shoe Booster benefit due to a technical issue. The issue occurs when members are trying to make payment via the "Pay now" option on the Discovery app.
As a work around members could try logging out and back into the app but proceed to make immediate payment for the Shoe Booster benefit.
