Help Gift of the Givers support those affected by the floods in the Western Cape with Vitality
Discovery members can now donate their Discovery Miles to the Gift of the Givers relief initiatives in in the Western Cape through Vitality MoveToGive.
The Gift of the Givers Foundation has responded swiftly to recent flood devastation in in the Western Cape.
The devastating floods have been declared a national disaster. Homes have been destroyed and infrastructure, including roads and bridges, have collapsed under the strain of the heavy downpours.
Thousands have been displaced and are in desperate need of food, shelter and other necessities.
How can you help? From 20 June to 4 July 2023, you can donate your Discovery Miles to Gift of the Givers through Vitality MoveToGive in the Discovery app.
- For 200 Discovery Miles, you can contribute towards care packages for people affected by flooding in the Western Cape.
- For 1,750 Discovery Miles, you can Donate a warm blanket to family who is affected by the flooding in the Western Cape.
