How to shop online or in store with Discovery Miles
To spend your Discovery Miles online, simply:
- Go to the website or app for one of our partner stores.
- Add the items you want to buy to the basket and proceed to checkout.
- On the purchase page, choose Discovery Miles as the method of payment.
- Select the amount of Discovery Miles you want to use.
- You will be redirected to log in to your Discovery Bank account to access your Discovery Miles.
- Complete the purchase by using your Discovery Miles to pay for all or a portion of the total amount.
Some partners may ask you to log in to their website and not their app to pay with Discovery Miles. Some may also ask you to pay for your purchase in full using Discovery Miles, instead of paying a portion in Discovery Miles.
To spend your Discovery Miles at our in-store retail partners, simply:
- Log in to your Discovery Bank app.
- Scroll down and tap your Discovery Miles Balance.
- Tap Spend and then Pay in-store
- Enter the amount in rands you want to spend
- Tap Generate Voucher.
- Show the QR code to the cashier.
