You can make tap-and-go payments with your Discovery Bank card or with your smart devices - and add beneficiaries for local and international payments from your app. Plus, pay your Discovery contacts using only a cellphone number with Contact Payments, settle out-of-pocket medical expenses with Health Pay, and pay as you gym at over 170 Virgin Active and Planet Fitness clubs with Vitality Pay as you Gym.
Set your own limits in just a few taps
You decide how much you spend with your Discovery Bank card or your entire banking portfolio. You can set and change your daily and monthly limits for payments and transfers for all your accounts in the Discovery Bank app.
Keep track of your transactions
You can easily search, filter and keep track of your transactions with Smart Search by Discovery Bank. Plus, upload and store all your important banking, personal or even travel documents in a safe, secure place with Smart Vault!
Need more credit?
You can apply for a credit limit increase right there in your banking app. Easily enjoy more credit when you need it. Simply:
- Tap on More.
- Tap on Single credit facility.
- Tap on Increase in the top right corner.
- Enter the credit limit amount you want.
- Tap Next and follow the prompts to get your application processed.
Manage your bank cards
You don't have to leave the house to manage your bank cards. You can view or change your PIN, cancel or pause your cards, or add an additional card for someone else. You can even upgrade your card colour for upgraded rewards!
Switch your Discovery debit orders
You can easily switch your debit orders for Discovery Health, Insure, Invest and Life to Discovery Bank. Simply:
- Log in to your banking app.
- Tap More on the home screen and select Debit orders.
- Tap Switch Discovery debit orders and follow the prompts.
