Currently licence applications for running are only available in Central Gauteng, Gauteng North, KwaZulu Natal, Eastern Province, South West District and Western Province. We will let you know once licences are available in other regions.

You can earn up to 50% back on race entry fees up to a maximum spend of R3 000 each quarter, and up to R12 000 in a calendar year. This means you can earn up to R1 500 (50% back of R3 000) in a quarter, and up to R6 000 a year. To qualify for rewards on race registration fees, please take note of the following:

• The event must be one of the timed race events on the Team Vitality race calendar that qualifies for a 50% back.
• You must have completed the event and the timing mechanism must have registered your finish time.
• You must be a Team Vitality member at the time that you completed the race and when the reward is awarded.
• You will get up to 50% back on the race entry fee only (the reward does not apply to the additional fee if you register late or add t-shirts, promotional items, donations, temp licences, etc.).
• Rewards will be awarded automatically once we have received the verified results from the timing company.
• Please note Team Vitality reserves the right to change the allocated reward amount on races.

Vitality Active is only available to adult members from medical schemes administered by Discovery Health (Pty) Ltd as well as Discovery Primary Care.

Children under the age of 18 years are not billed for, nor do they receive a Vitality Active policy even if they are on the main members Discovery Health Medical Scheme plan.
