CANVAS & CANAPES COURSE

Join us for an unforgettable night of painting with a side of canapes! Begin your evening with an arrival snack inspired by the Venetian painter Vittore Carpaccio: Ostrich Carpaccio crowned with rocket, sourdough croutons, parmesan, pine nuts, and anchovy aioli. Then, indulge in our winter harvest table featuring a diverse and flavorful menu. We'll be serving Caribbean Chicken, tender chicken accompanied by sautéed green vegetables, egg fried rice, and roasted cashew nuts for a perfect balance of taste. For those who prefer seafood, enjoy Turmeric and Ginger Baked Line Fish, served on a bed of lemon and herb quinoa, topped with a luxurious Thai curry cream.
Our Korean BBQ tofu offers a vibrant vegan option, paired with sesame whole wheat noodles and a crunchy cabbage and broccoli salad. A winter menu would not be complete without a warm bowl of Butternut Soup, made with coconut milk and cinnamon sticks, served with mini whole wheat croutons for added texture. For a fresh, light side dish, try the Bulgur Wheat Salad, filled with roasted broccoli, feta cheese, goji berries, and roasted bell peppers. Finally, for dessert, enjoy a dark chocolate tart with seasonal berries.
Ticket prices are per person. A glass of complimentary wine is included and additional drinks will be available to purchase. Note: This is a two-hour guided painting session
