Discovery is committed to protecting the personal information of its clients, members, employees and related stakeholders. A data subject is any individual whose data Discovery holds or processes. When a data subject needs access to such information to exercise or protect their rights, Discovery will facilitate the process. As a data subject, you'll be required to fill in the requisite form in order for us to assist you.
- Request access to information (Form C)
- Object to the processing, correction or deletion of personal data (Form 2), or
- Lodge a data privacy complaint with our Data Privacy team (Form 1)
You have two choices, online and manual submission. We are committed to processing your request in a timeous manner, regardless of which submission method you choose.
Complete a form online
You may choose to complete any of these forms online, through our privacy partner, OneTrust. Should you wish to do so, you will be redirected to the secure OneTrust portal.
Fill in and submit a form manually
Download a form, fill in it manually, and submit as per the instructions contained in the Discovery Access to Information Manual and in the form. Please take note of the requirements outlined in this manual. Incomplete submissions may delay our response to your submission.
