Our sisterhood curated menu bursts with bold flavours and nourishing ingredients, starting with a welcome bite of Cajun halloumi on turmeric crumpets, perfectly balanced with wild rocket and a touch of blackberry jam. Roll up your sleeves and grab the aprons and cook alongside our chefs as you create a showstopping butter chicken phyllo purse, served on a colourful tomato quinoa salad with fresh cucumber, green onions, and minted coriander chutney. For the main course, you'll pan-sear your own Rainbow trout fillet, finishing it with luxurious saffron, lime and coconut sauce. Your fillet will be served with fresh-baked sourdough, exotic salads and wholesome sides prepared by our culinary team.
