Get your account confirmation letter whenever you need it

We've added even more functionality to the Discovery Bank app and our digital platforms. You no longer have to call Discovery Bank to ask for an account confirmation letter because we've fast-tracked development of this as a self-service functionality and it's available now.

Self-service on the Discovery Bank app

If you are a Discovery Bank client, you can get your certified account confirmation letters on the banking app. All you have to do is:

• Log in to the Discovery Bank app
• Tap on More on the bottom-right of the screen and choose Other documents
• Select Account Confirmation Letters and choose the relevant account.

Discovery Card holders can get confirmation letters online

If you have a Discovery Card that has moved to the Discovery Bank platform but you have not joined Discovery Bank yet, you can access account confirmation letters by logging in to the new-look Discovery Bank website using your existing login details. If you don't have login details, click on REGISTER and follow the prompts.

To access your account confirmation letters, simply:

• Log in to https://online.discovery.bank/login using your existing Discovery details
• Find your account on the default ACCOUNTS page
• Select Account confirmation letter in the tile of the account to download the letter.
