How to apply for Discovery Home Care
To access any of the Discovery Home Care services, please discuss this with your treating doctor. If your doctor is in favour of this, they will need to complete the application form to request the required services. Your doctor can call us on 0860 445 566 or email homecare@discovery.co.za and one of our qualified Discovery Home Care consultants will contact you to arrange the service.
