Celebrate the season with a culinary experience bursting with colour, creativity and festive flair at the Vitality HealthyFood Studio. Our New Festive Feast cooking course brings together vibrant ingredients, bold flavour pairings and a joyful touch of indulgence.
Start the evening with a crispy onion taco topped with pineapple salsa and red pepper emulsion. For your starter, enjoy delicate rainbow trout served on a bed of rocket, mint and radish salad with a refreshing pomegranate and citrus dressing.
The main course is a festive masterpiece featuring chermoula-roasted turkey with millet, dried apricot and almond stuffing, portobello mushrooms filled with roast beef fillet, and aromatic ostrich fillet infused with rosemary, thyme and garlic. Complement the feast with Sichuan chilli-crunch Brussels sprouts and a warm, quinoa-crusted pumpkin tart.
End on a sweet note with a velvety peach melba cheesecake, topped with fresh peaches and mint: the perfect finale to a vibrant festive celebration.
