Celebrate love in a sunlit setting at the Vitality HealthyFood Studio. Elegant yet relaxed, fresh yet indulgent, our Lavish Valentine's Day Lunch is a vibrant, flavour-forward experience designed for connection, conversation and shared moments.
We open with A Spark of Something: chilli crunch tofu paired with roasted bell peppers, grilled aubergine and a jewel-toned pomegranate salad.
Next comes Hearts at Noon: grilled halloumi nestled on sesame beetroot linguine, crowned with sautéed bok choy and finished with a fragrant Thai red curry sauce.
The main course, Golden Hour, features pan-fried rainbow trout served alongside spinach and ricotta ravioli tossed in a creamy tomato sauce, complemented by courgette ribbons and peppadew oil.
We finish with Love, Softly Said: strawberry cheesecake topped with seasonal berries and a delicate floral tuile.
Fresh, thoughtful and made for lingering afternoons: this Valentine's lunch is perfect for couples, friends and lovers of beautiful food.
