The Vitality Table with SoPure COURSE

Join us for another inspiring SoPurist educational cooking course at the Vitality HealthyFood Studio on the 19th of August and 2nd of September 2025. This unique culinary experience will showcase wholesome, flavour-packed recipes using gourmet ingredients from The SoPurist range. On arrival, guests will enjoy a refreshing pumpkin seed, goji berry and honey smoothie to kickstart the experience. Then, it's time to get hands-on in the kitchen. You'll prepare a baobab, cashew and banana bar to snack on, followed by a hearty vegan roast beef wrap with sour cream, garlic flakes, baby spinach, confit cherry tomatoes and sauerkraut. Guests will also receive a vibrant mung bean salad with sweetcorn, pomegranate seeds, black sesame and tamarind dressing, prepared by our chefs and packaged to take home. To round off the session, you'll hear from The SoPurist Sales Director, Romy Levy, as she shares more about the ingredients used and the thinking behind The SoPurist's approach to functional, flavourful food. Whether you're looking to expand your everyday recipe list or learn more about the role food plays in overall vitality, this session offers inspiration, knowledge and plenty of delicious bites..
