You can now join Discovery Bank, and add a Vitality Health membership... all in one place!

From 1 June 2026, you can add a Vitality Active membership in the Discovery Bank app and enjoy gym discounts, fitness benefits, weekly rewards and more.

Who qualifies to join Vitality Active through Discovery Bank?

You may qualify to join Vitality Active through Discovery Bank if you're a Discovery Bank client, a primary accountholder, and not yet a Vitality member, with one of the following banking products: a Suite, Credit Card Account, Transaction Account (with bundled or pay-as-you-transact fees), or the Điscovery Account. Why join Vitality Active through Discovery Bank?

For the first time ever, Discovery Bank primary accountholders can join Vitality Active for only R159 a month - and enjoy Vitality Health benefits with or without a Discovery Health Medical Scheme plan or Discovery Life plan.

• Log in to the latest version of the Discovery Bank app
• Scroll to the bottom of the home screen and tap Join Vitality Health
• Review the Vitality Active offer and tap Get this
• Select payment options, agree to the terms and conditions, and tap Activate.
