Huawei P40 models do not support the Discovery Insure app

The Discovery Insure app is only available on the Google Play store or the Apple App store, not the Huawei App gallery. The Huawei P40 and newer Huawei mobile phone models only allow downloading of applications from the Huawei App Gallery.

Therefore, if you upgrade your phone to the Huawei P40 and newer Huawei cellphone models, you will not be able to download the Discovery Insure app. This means that we will no longer be able to pick up your driving behaviour, which would in turn affect your rewards and Vitality Drive status.

If you have a Huawei cellphone that is older than the P40 model, it would still be compatible with the Discovery Insure app. However, these models do not work efficiently with the app.

What you need to do to make sure that we can track your driving behaviour again

If you are ready for a cellphone upgrade, please select one that is compatible with the Discovery Insure app.
