If you ordered a physical panic button or a smoke detector, it will be sent to you through our courier partner, RAM.
Please look out for communication from them about the delivery date. You can change your delivery address or delivery date with RAM by WhatsApp or SMS.
When you've received your devices, set them up by following the steps in the Insure app.
If you ordered a virtual panic button, you can set it up in the Insure app.
