New services with Vitality Drive
To create a nation of better drivers, we need to continuously improve our driving behaviour. Vitality Drive is a unique driver behaviour programme that rewards you for driving well.
It is often said that measurement and management go hand in hand. In order to help you manage your driving behaviour even better, we have upgraded your monthly Vitality Drive performance dashboard. You will begin to see this from May 2021.
This can help you better understand and gain interesting insights into your driving behaviour, see how and where you can improve, increase your rewards, and compete with friends and family for bragging rights.
What's new on your Dashboard?
You will be able to view:
- A breakdown of your fuel cash back and vehicle premium.
- Other rewards and benefits such as weekly Vitality Active Rewards drive goals achieved, and Uber and Tiger Wheel & Tyre discounts used.
- Personalised tips and information based on your driving behaviour for that month.
Furthermore, to give you a full and seamless experience with Marsh and Vitality Drive, we have opened two state-of-the-art Drive Centres in Menlyn and Cape Town in addition to an existing Drive Centre in Sandton.
At the Drive Centres, you can:
- Complete your vehicle pre-inspection to kick-start your insurance cover
- Complete your Annual MultiPoint check
- Install your Vitality Drive Sensor, Crowd Search Sensor or standalone DQ-Track device
- Collect your Vitality Drive card and link it to your sensor
- Complete your 110-point vehicle functionality check
- Collect your free screen protector for your insured cellphone
- Have minor damages on your car assessed with NetAssess when you claim
- Learn more about Discovery Insure and the ground-breaking Vitality Drive programme
While our highly trained staff are busy with your vehicle, you can relax with a cup of coffee or catch up on emails with complimentary access to a lounge with Apple Macs, a TV, and free Wi-Fi.
