The Discovery Retirement Optimiser allows you to convert your unneeded life cover into tax-free cash payments in retirement through a benefit called the Life Plan Optimiser. To celebrate our 10-year anniversary, we have a special offer that provides you with the opportunity to multiply your Life Plan Optimiser by 1.2. This special offer applies to the Life Plan Optimiser for the full term of your policy.
How the special offer works
Your accrued Life Plan Optimiser amount is multiplied by 1.2, after growth and fees have been allowed for.
Servicing events on the policy will affect the Life Plan Optimiser as per the normal rules in the Life Plan Guide.
Qualifying criteria
The special offer is only available for new investments written in the special offer period.
New applications have until 30 June 2018 for the investment amount to be paid and received by us. All documentation must be correctly completed and received by 31 March 2018.
Existing investments will not qualify for the special offer. Any in-progress applications submitted will qualify for the special offer, as long as the investment amount is received by us by 15 December 2017.
