Healthy chicken fillet burgers for a family of four

Chicken fillet burger with red cabbage, avocado and sweet potato chips
- Serves 4

- Cooking time: 12 minutes
Ingredients
- 500 g (4) chicken breast
- ¾ sweet paprika or Italian herbs
- Pinch of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Canola oil
- 4 leaves butterhead lettuce
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 wholewheat burger buns, split and lightly toasted
- 4 sweet potatoes, cut into chips and baked
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken with the sweet paprika or Italian herbs and season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook, flipping once, until golden. Remove from the heat and transfer onto a plate. Stack the lettuce, cabbage, chicken breasts, avocado and red onion on top of the bottom buns. Close the burgers with the top buns.
Serve with oven-baked sweet potato chips.
