Couture in the Kitchen: a runway-ready cooking class
Food meets fashion at the Vitality HealthyFood Studio. Inspired by the elegance, attitude and artistry of The Devil Wears Prada, this experience serves style on a plate, from first bite to final flourish.
We start the show with First Impressions: mini rye blinis with smoked salmon trout and lemon-dill crème fraîche served with caprese skewers draped in basil oil and balsamic pearls.
Moving on to Fashion Week Frenzy, enjoy a delicate chicken roulade lined with baby spinach and herbed quinoa, served with asparagus and an artichoke salad coated in a lemon-lavender dressing.
For the main act we have Power Meal on 5th Avenue: pan-seared beef medallions, courgette and sage risotto with crispy kale and parmesan, and a silky gala apple and parsnip purée.
Close the curtains with Glamour and Grace: lemon polenta cake crowned with mascarpone, candied thyme and a white chocolate silhouette.
