How to get started

To use the Discovery Vitality Employee Padel benefit, you must be a permanent Discovery employee aged 18 years or older with a Vitality Health (Premium or Active) or Vitality Money membership.

Download the latest version of the Discovery app and log in with your Discovery username and password to get started. Then:

1. 1. Tap Vitality at the bottom of your screen.
2. 2. Scroll down to Your benefits and partners and select See all.
3. 3. Tap the Discovery Vitality Padel card and follow the steps to activate the benefit.

If you haven't registered on Playtomic yet, you'll get a prompt to download the app and set up your profile. Do that first, then come back to complete the activation.

1. 4. Enter the same email address you used to register on Playtomic.
2. 5. Accept the terms and conditions, allow Discovery to share your data within the Discovery Vitality Padel network, and tap Submit.

Keep an eye out for an email from Playtomic confirming your activation, usually after 48 hours. And then you're ready to book your spot at participating clubs with your upfront 30% discount and priority access.

Don't forget your Vitality points!

You can earn 100 Vitality points a day towards your Vitality Health status when you play padel for 30+ minutes. When you show up at the club:

1. 1. Ask to scan the iPad QR code using your cellphone
2. 2. The booking screen will pop up for you to check in
3. 3. After playing, scan a QR code again to check out
4. 4. We'll allocate your Vitality points in 48 hours.

You can also track your match with a Vitality-linked fitness device and earn up to 300 Vitality points based on your age-related heart rate.
