Need to change your flight date?

You can now easily change your flight date for select airlines directly through Vitality Travel.

To change your flight date for an existing booking with LIFT, FlySafair, British Airways, Emirates, Airlink, or South African Airways:

1. Log in to www.discovery.co.za on your desktop or laptop.
2. Go to Discovery Bank Online Banking.
3. Navigate to the Vitality Travel platform.
4. Select My bookings at the top of the page.
5. Under Current trips, choose the flight you want to change.
6. Click Modify, then select a new date and flight from the available options.
7. Click Book flight to confirm and pay.

Note: A change fee and fare difference may apply.

If you need to change travel dates for some passengers on your booking and not all, please contact the airline directly for partial changes.

For CemAir flights

You can amend your travel dates on www.cemair.co.za or the CemAir app. You can also contact the airline directly at 087 138 5203 or send an email to info@cemair.co.za.

For Qantas and United Airlines

You can amend your travel dates on our airline partners' apps or their websites (www.qantas.com or www.united.com).

Need to reroute your flight?

You can now easily reroute your flight with select airlines directly through Vitality Travel.

To reroute your flight for an existing booking with LIFT, FlySafair, British Airways, Emirates, or Airlink, follow the same steps as above to access your booking, and then:

1. Select Modify.
2. Choose a new route from the available options.
3. Confirm and pay to secure your updated itinerary.

If you need to reroute flights for some passengers on your booking and not all, please contact the airline directly for partial changes.

Need to cancel your flight?

You can cancel your Vitality Travel flight booking online:

1. Log in to Discovery Bank Online Banking.
2. Go to Travel > My Bookings.
3. Select the upcoming trip you want to cancel.

Airline ticket refund policies may vary. Some fares, as set by airlines, are non-refundable. Always review the specific fare rules and restrictions shown during booking before you complete the transaction.
