A great step in understanding your child's health is the Kids Vitality Health Review. This assessment of your child's general health identifies areas you have to be aware of to help your child live a healthy lifestyle.

If you've already completed the Kids Vitality Health Review this year, why not do it again this month for an updated view of your child's health? You'll help them stay healthy and protected, and you'll give them a chance to be included in our giveaway and competition.

By completing the Kids Vitality Health Review in July 2020, you'll gain a better understanding of your child's health and your child will receive a free hot chocolate from vida e caffé on us.

But wait, it gets better. Five lucky families will each stand a chance to win a R1 000 voucher to spend at Exclusive Books and grow their home library.

How to be a winner

The main member will need to complete the Kids Vitality Health Review for each child separately before midnight on Friday, 31 July 2020. This way, each child will receive a FREE hot chocolate from vida e caffé and will be entered into our prize draw.
