What to do
Visit your nearest Planet Fitness to sign up using your Vitality membership number, found in your Discovery app.
To qualify for the Planet Fitness 12-month free local club membership, you must:
- Have an active Discovery Vitality Premium membership
- Be a new Planet Fitness member
- Pay the standard once-off R699 activation fee and R150 access tag fee
- Make sure you're on the official weekly allocation list
