- You feel well enough to exercise
- You're fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- You wear a mask in public spaces
- You wash your hands with soap and water before and after your workout
- You keep a physical space of at least 1.5 m between you and others
- You don't touch your eyes, nose and mouth.
