Vitality Purple is ending: What you need to know
Vitality Purple is ending on 31 December 2022 - making way for more sustainable, valuable and rewarding benefits for all Vitality members. Vitality Purple members can still enjoy the most rewarding fitness benefits at much lower monthly premiums.
The Vitality Premium programme is more rewarding than ever with our members enjoying some of the richest benefits in the industry.
As such, the Vitality Purple programme will come to an end on 31 December 2022. All Vitality Purple members will move to Vitality Premium where they'll continue to enjoy exciting fitness and device benefits at lower monthly premiums.

You can get:
- Up to 75% off your monthly gym fees on a local membership at a Virgin Active or Planet Fitness club
- Up to 50% upfront discount on your next fitness device from Sportsmans Warehouse or Totalsports with Vitality Active Gear
- Up to 50% upfront discount on Nike performance footwear and apparel with Vitality Active Gear
- Get rewarded with up to 100 Vitality points for a round of golf a day through Handicaps Network Africa
What about my Vitality Purple benefits?
With the ending of Vitality Purple, all Vitality Purple benefits will also fall away. If you have an active Vitality Purple gym benefit, you'll keep getting up to 75% off at any Virgin Active or Planet Fitness while your membership is active. Once your gym contract ends you can renew your contract and get up to 75% off your gym membership fees on a local club membership with Vitality Premium.
If you're currently using the Technogym equipment rental benefit or getting cash back on a fitness device, golf or cycling equipment, you'll keep getting your 12-month, 24-month or 36-month cash back until your contract ends.
