How to get Oura Ring 4
Activate the benefit
Log in to the Discovery website to activate the benefit and pay R100 for the Oura Ring sizing kit. We'll deduct the R100 from the final payment when you complete your order.
Find your perfect fit
Get your ring sizing kit delivered or collect it at a Discovery Store near you. Wear the correct ring sizer for at least 24 hours for a comfortable, consistent fit and accurate health and sleep tracking.
Complete your order
Log back in to choose your ring size and preferred finish, up to the value of Black or Silver. If you choose a different finish, you can pay the additional amount at checkout.
Once you've completed your order, we'll deliver your Oura Ring 4 to your door. As a special introductory offer, you'll get the full 25% discount until 1 April 2026.
