In 2027, you can continue to fully fund Apple Watch or Oura Ring over 24 months with Vitality Premium and Discovery Bank. You can also look forward to new wearables like Google Fitbit Air and Garmin fitness devices joining the Vitality ecosystem.

Fully fund Apple Watch with Vitality Active Rewards
Vitality Premium members with a Discovery Bank Gold, Platinum, Black, Purple or Purple Wealth Suite Account can fully fund Apple Watch Series 12 GPS 42mm or a Series 12 GPS 46mm with Vitality Active Rewards.
Apple Watch helps you track your daily movement and physical activity as you work towards your personalised weekly exercise goals.
Achieve your weekly Vitality Active Rewards exercise goals each month over a 24-month billing period, and we'll fund your qualifying Apple Watch in full for that month.
If you don't achieve four exercise goals in a month, a penalty amount will apply.

Fully fund Oura Ring 5 with Vitality Sleep Rewards
Oura Ring helps you track and understand your sleep, activity and overall wellbeing.
You can fully fund select styles of Oura Ring 5, which includes a 24-month Oura Membership, by achieving your weekly sleep goals through Vitality Sleep Rewards over 24 months.
You'll receive a personalised weekly sleep goal based on your sleep behaviour. These goals adjust over time to help you gradually build healthier and more consistent sleep habits.
The fully funded Oura Ring benefit is available to Vitality Premium members with a Discovery Bank Gold, Platinum, Black, Purple or Purple Wealth Suite Account or a Discovery Bank Gold, Platinum or Black Credit Card Account.
Get up to 25% off Oura Ring
Vitality Premium, Vitality Active and Vitality through Personal Health Pathways members who are Discovery Bank clients can get up to 25% off select styles of Oura Ring 5 up to the value of the Black and Silver finishes.
This includes a 12-month Oura Membership. If you choose a higher-priced finish, like Stealth, Brushed Silver, Gold or Deep Rose, you'll need to pay the difference.
Oura Ring billing will begin in 2027
As part of the introductory offer, we currently cover the monthly penalty amounts that may apply if you do not achieve your weekly Vitality Sleep Rewards goals.
From 2027, you'll start paying a monthly penalty amount depending on how many sleep goals you achieve during the month.
If you achieve four or more weekly sleep goals in a month, you won't pay a penalty amount. If you achieve fewer than four sleep goals a month, a penalty amount will apply.
We'll let you know at least one month before your first penalty payment is due.
Remember to keep Vitality Sleep Rewards activated, link your Oura Ring correctly and maintain the required app permissions so that your sleep data can be shared with Vitality. Your weekly sleep goal completion is based on your Vitality Sleep Score, not the sleep score on your device. Further information will be communicated directly to affected members.
Note: Oura Ring 4 is no longer available on the Vitality Oura Ring benefit. If you're already funding Oura Ring 4 with Vitality Sleep Rewards, the benefit will remain active for you until your contract period is over.
Google Fitbit Air is coming to South Africa
Vitality is working to bring Google Fitbit Air to South Africa in 2027, with plans to make it available first to Vitality members.
Google Fitbit Air will give members another way to track their activity and health while working towards their Vitality goals.
Save on selected Garmin devices
From mid-2027, Vitality Premium members with a Discovery Bank Credit Card or Suite Account will also be able to fully fund or get 25% off qualifying Garmin devices at Sportsmans Warehouse or Totalsports.
The expanded Garmin offering will give members even more choice when selecting a wearable to support their fitness and wellbeing goals.
