You can now submit members’ VFA results online
Our new online capture process for Vitality Fitness Assessment (VFA) results is now live. This means the Excel sheet you’re currently using to complete a Vitality Fitness Assessment (VFA) will no longer be accepted. You can capture member results from today on the HP Zone which is available on a PC, tablet and a mobile phone.

- Learn how to navigate the updated capture process here
- If the system is down, please use this manual capture form until the HP Zone is back up and running. You can then capture it on the HP Zone.
