What is a Virtual Vitality Health Check-in?
Instead of going to a pharmacy, you can do your Vitality Health Check online or over the telephone. It takes about 20 minutes to complete and afterwards, you’ll understand how healthy you are and get the most out of your Vitality benefits.
Why do a Virtual Vitality Health Check-in?
When you do a Virtual Vitality Health Check-in, you’ll earn 2 500 Vitality points towards your Vitality status. You will also unlock your maximum Vitality Health rewards of up to 25% back at our HealthyFood, HealthyCare and HealthyGear partners.

What to expect from your online appointment
During the consultation, we will look at your current fitness level, diet, weight, mental wellbeing and any other health concern you may have. The wellness specialist will also look at your COVID-19 risk and exposure, and advise you on any steps you need to take to improve your health. You can also use the consultation time to ask questions about your Health or Vitality benefits.
How to book a Virtual Vitality Health Check-in
To book your Virtual Vitality Health Check-in, register for a Discovery Store account by selecting ‘Register’, or log in using your Discovery Store login details. Please note that your Discovery Store profile is different from your Discovery website or app login details.
