Winter Family Feast Course
Step into a welcoming winter gathering designed for sharing, comfort and generous plates passed around the table. Our Winter Family Feast cooking experience celebrates seasonal ingredients, slow cooked warmth and dishes that bring people together in true family style fashion.
The experience begins with a heart warming soup bar, inviting guests to ladle and sample a selection of nourishing, home style soups served with freshly baked breads. Enjoy a creamy chicken and corn chowder finished with green onions, a vibrant broccoli and baby spinach soup topped with crispy gochugaru tofu, and a spiced red lentil and carrot soup enriched with harissa paste and tangy feta, each bowl offering a different kind of winter comfort.
For the main feast, guests will prepare a generous spread of winter favourites. Persian spiced ostrich and spinach pilaf rice brings fragrant warmth, served with a fresh coriander and mint sauce. Golden chicken thighs are gently cooked in a creamy lemon and thyme sauce, while a show stopping beef Wellington layers roasted garlic and parsnip crêpes, baby spinach and mushroom duxelles inside crisp pastry. Seasonal sides complete the table, including warm Brussels sprouts with bacon and caramelised apples, and a rich butternut squash gratin finished with sage and toasted pecans.
