Enhancements to the Employee Intelligence dashboard

 

To support you and your business, Discovery has enhanced the Employee Intelligence dashboard with additional data to assist you in understanding the affect COVID-19 is having on your business and employees.

Discovery’s online employer dashboard, “Employee Intelligence” is available on the Discovery Employer Zone. The dashboard provides you with essential insights into the overall health and wellness of your employees, as well as an overview of your employees’ products and benefit usage.

The dashboard now includes a wide range of COVID-19 related data across your employee base. This data includes:

  • The total number of COVID-19 cases
  • The total number of employees admitted to hospital
  • The number of employees who have recovered
  • The number of employee fatalities
  • The utilisation for additional benefits through Discovery Health Medical Scheme such as the Oximeter Benefit and the World Health Organisation Benefit.

The dashboard is available to employers on Discovery Health Medical Scheme with additional reporting on Vitality and Wellness products where applicable. Due to confidentiality requirements, the dashboard will only be available to employers with 35 or more employees as well as employer-appointed brokers.
