For a limited period, new employer groups that join Flexicare with Emergency Cover can lock in their 2025 premiums until the end of 2026. That means no premium increases until January 2027. To qualify, employers must:

  1. Join Flexicare with Emergency Cover by 1 September 2025.
  2. Add a minimum of 50 employees in their first uptake.
  3. Join with a start date on 1 July, 1 August or 1 September 2025.
