Vitality Drive for Business and available telematics devices

Our Vitality Drive for Business programme is a driver behaviour programme that uses the latest telematics technology to measure and reward good driving with up to 30% of vehicle premiums back and weekly driver rewards.

How to install a telematics device

• Step 1: Provide us with vehicle, fleet manager and driver information
  • Vehicle details, including VINs.
  • Fleet manager details, including email address, cellphone and ID numbers.
  • Driver details, including ID number and cellphone number.


• Step 2: Install a qualifying telematics device in each vehicle
  Clients can choose to either install a Discovery Business Insurance (DBI) standalone device, a Vitality Drive Sensor or an approved and compatible third-party device from Cartrack, Ctrack, Autotrak or Netstar.
  
  Clients can install the DBI standalone device through Ctrack. The Vitality Drive Sensor can be installed either by visiting the Discovery Drive Centre or booking an appointment with a Mobile Drive Centre technician. Alternatively, clients can visit their nearest Tiger Wheel and Tyre.


• Step 3: Drive well and earn rewards
  Clients can earn up to 30% of their monthly vehicle premium back for driving well, which will be paid at the end of the plan year, as well as weekly driver rewards.

Get up to 50% discount at Bridgestone and Tiger Wheel and Tyre

Clients can get up to a 50% discount (limited to R5,000 maximum spend for a vehicle) on selected vehicle maintenance services and purchases at Bridgestone and on any purchases at Tiger Wheel and Tyre, based on the company's Vitality Drive status.
