The platform offers expert-led programmes, practical tools, and trusted insights to help manage your symptoms and overall wellbeing.

Who can use the Stella menopause support platform available on the Discovery Health app?

You can access the Stella app if you are a female Discovery Health Medical Scheme member aged 35 to 70 years old, who is experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause.

How do you access Stella on your Discovery Health app?

Here's how to access the Stella menopause support platform:

• Log on to the Discovery Health app
• Scroll down to the Women's Health tab
• Click on the My Health button at the bottom of the screen
• Click on Menopause support on the top right of the screen
• You will be guided to Check your symptoms using the Stella Menopause Quiz on Stella's website (choose "sign up with Discovery" and sign in using your Discovery log in details)
• After completing the online assessment, if you are found to be in perimenopause or menopause, you will have free access to a Stella app premium subscription for a year.
• From there, you will be guided to book a virtual consultation with a Discovery Health accredited GP and also download the Stella app.
