Hospital pre-admission
You can now complete your pre-admission documents before you arrive at hospital. The pre-admission process is open up until midnight the night before your hospital admission.
What to expect on the day of admission:
- Go to the hospital admissions counter where your admission documentation will be ready
- Present the following details to the admission clerk:
- Hospital preauthorisation number
- Valid ID or passport
- Medical aid membership card
