Entering races is a great behavioural strategy to help you commit to running. Knowing that you have a race coming up motivates you to train even on not-so-good days.
Plus, anyone can enter the Vitality Run Series and go at your own pace. Whether you prefer a brisk 5 km walk or jog, a steady 10 km or a challenging 21.1 or 25 km, there's a distance for everyone. And if you're over the age of 70, you run for free!
