Vitality MoveToGive has partnered with Afrika Tikkun to help develop young people from cradle to career. From as little as R20 or 200 Ðiscovery Miles, you can help create healthy, supportive and inclusive learning environments for children in under-resourced communities.
How can you help? Achieve your Vitality Active Rewards goals from 10 September to 16 October 2024 and donate your Ðiscovery Miles to Afrika Tikkun through Vitality MoveToGive in the Discovery app or Discovery Bank app.
Your Ðiscovery Miles can help create healthy minds
Achieve your weekly exercise, drive or spend goals through Vitality Active Rewards to earn Ðiscovery Miles. You can then donate your Ðiscovery Miles to Afrika Tikkun through Vitality MoveToGive in the Discovery app:
- For 200 Ðiscovery Miles, you can contribute towards installing wheelchair ramps in classrooms to help create inclusive learning environments.
- For 1,000 Ðiscovery Miles, , you can feed a child a healthy meal and contribute to nourish their mind and body for optimal learning and growth.
- For 2,500 Ðiscovery Miles, you can donate a tablet to an early childhood development centre to help young children get ready for school through educational content in the BambaLearn app. The BambaLearn app is a gamified learning platform focusing on numeracy and literacy providing children with a personalised learning journey that boosts their confidence and helps them learn as they go.

- Activate Vitality Active Rewards in the latest version of the Discovery app.
- Achieve your exercise, drive or spend goals to earn a play on the gameboard.
- Pick a tile on the gameboard to reveal Ðiscovery Miles.
- Spend your Ðiscovery Miles on Vitality MoveToGive charity donations.
