How can you help? From 24 July until 4 September 2025, you can donate your Ðiscovery Miles to the Dis-Chem Foundation's Million Comforts campaign through Vitality MoveToGive in the Discovery app or Discovery Bank app.
Your donations will help enable uninterrupted education by providing sanitary products to a girl in need. Stayfree will match each packet donated.
Your goals can help girls achieve their goals
Achieve your weekly exercise, drive or spend goals through Vitality Active Rewards to earn Ðiscovery Miles. Donate your Ðiscovery Miles to Million Comforts through Vitality MoveToGive in the Discovery app:
- For 185 Ðiscovery Miles, you can donate a packet of sanitary pads to a girl in need. Stayfree will match each donation.
- For 1,110 Ðiscovery Miles, , you can donate six months' worth of sanitary pads to a young girl in need. Stayfree will match each donation.

Select Vitality MoveToGive in Top Deals in the Vitality Mall in the Discovery Bank app.
Simply:
- Activate Vitality Active Rewards in the latest version of the Discovery app.
- Achieve your exercise, drive or spend goals to earn a play on the gameboard.
- Pick a tile on the gameboard to reveal Ðiscovery Miles.
- Spend your Ðiscovery Miles on Vitality MoveToGive charity donations in the Vitality Mall.

Select Vitality MoveToGive as an instant reward option in the Discovery Bank app.
Simply:
- Log in to your banking app.
- Scroll down and select Vitality Active Rewards.
- Select Instant Rewards.
