#Let'sGoal! Help us leave a legacy through the sport of netball

For the first time in history, the Vitality Netball World Cup is coming to Africa from 28 July to 6 August 2023. And Discovery is determined to leave a lasting legacy by empowering women and girls across South Africa through the sport of netball.
Discovery is proud to stand behind our national netball team, the Spar Proteas, during the Vitality Netball World Cup as their official wellness partner.
But our commitment to being a force for good doesn't end there.
We aim to leave a lasting legacy for women and girls by increasing access to netball and empowering them through the most popular women's sport in South Africa.
Let's leave a legacy... #LetsGoal!
Through the Let's Goal Legacy Programme, Discovery aims to donate 10 000 limited-edition legacy netballs to enable more school children to play the sport, more often and in more areas across South Africa.
These legacy netballs will be donated to organisations like the Dreamfields Project and Netball South Africa to help thousands of school children play netball more often and in more areas across the country.

Our goal? Healthy, active, motivated young people
"With this legacy programme, we aim to support the growth and development of netball in the country for the future," says Discovery Vitality Head of Marketing, Celeste Williams.
"We want to keep women and girls playing netball long after the tournament is over," she adds. "Because in netball, each play transfers passion and energy that goes beyond the court. It's a force for good. It's an energy and a vitality that we need in women's sport and in the world now more than ever."
