Arrange a time to visit a branch and sign-up.
Remember to take along proof of your Discovery Vitality membership, complete the forms and pay the annual fee.
How it works
Discovery Vitality members can join Run/Walk For Life and earn Vitality points.
Your Vitality points earned will contribute to your weekly Vitality Active Rewards goal but will be subjected to a cap of 1,000 points per year towards your Vitality status.
