CPR course

You will earn 2 500 Vitality points for doing a CPR course with an instructor that’s accredited by the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa (RSCA). CPR courses done as part of a Level 1, 2 or 3 first aid course accredited by the Department of Labour or a relevant Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) will qualify for points provided that the instructor at which the course was completed is accredited by the RCSA.

How it works

After completion of your CPR course Vitality will award you 2 500 points for the appropriate number of years.
