You can help Miss South Africa Shudufhadzo Musida raise awareness and funds for mental wellbeing with Team Vitality and the South African Depression and Anxiety Group. Don't miss the Miss SA Run with Team Vitality on 15 April 2021.

Hello beautiful people of Vitality! As your reigning Miss South Africa, I invite you to join me at the first-ever Miss SA Run with Team Vitality.

I'll be running for a cause that's extremely close to my heart - mental wellbeing for everyone. Mental health is so important and exercise is a great way to help improve your overall mental state. Learn more about the benefits of exercise.

You too can make a difference by assessing your own mental wellbeing and taking the necessary steps to wellness. You will need to activate your mental wellbeing goal on Vitality Active Rewards and complete your mental wellbeing assessments to access your goal. Vitality members can earn 500 Vitality points for completing key mental wellbeing assessments and up to 20 Discovery Miles each week for achieving their mental wellbeing goals. Plus, all South Africans can access articles, videos, podcasts and other resources on the Vitality Mental-Wellbeing Channel to boost their mental wellbeing.

I think it's a beautiful programme. Something like that is so important, especially now, because it helps you check in with yourself.

Join the #MissSARun with Team Vitality

On Thursday, 15 April, I'll be running for mental wellbeing with the Team Vitality running club on the Strava app to highlight positive steps to keep your mental wellbeing. Discovery Vitality will donate R20 000 to the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG) for running 5 km with the Team Vitality Running club on Strava. And you know I love to run!

You can join me on the Miss SA Run with Team Vitality by joining the Team Vitality running community on Strava (it's free and open to everyone) and tracking your run on the Strava app. Vitality members can also earn Vitality points by linking their Strava app to the Discovery app.
