Here's how you can help your teen get rewarded for being active and healthy:
- Go to your Vitality Active Rewards profile in the Discovery app.
- Under Kids and Teens, give consent for your teen to participate in Vitality Active Rewards for Teens.
- Remember to get your teen to download the Discovery app and create their own profile.
- Encourage your teen to walk, run, cycle or swim their way to achieving their own personalised weekly exercise goals and earn Discovery Miles.
- Teens can spend their Discovery Miles on exciting rewards from our partners!
Every time a teen reaches their Vitality Active Rewards goal on the app, they'll earn a play on the gameboard which will give them up to 750 Discovery Miles. Teens will also have the option of donating Discovery Miles to MoveToGive charity initiatives, using their Discovery Miles to make a difference.
